Unit 4 Chemical Bonding and the Formation of Chemical Bonding (LCC)
Covalent Bonding is a type of chemical bond that results from the sharing of pairs of electrons between atoms, and other covalent bonds. Furthermore, it results from the attractive and repulsive forces between atoms when they share electrons. The pyrite, FeS2, illustrates this type of bonding.
